Tiramisu

I love tiramisu. There’s a link at the side I’ve included a website dedicated to tiramisu recipes only. Amazing thing. Haha. Have yet to try any of them. I usually stick to this recipe; I like this one. Not too heavy.

400g Finger biscuits
400g Mascarpone/ cream cheese
3 eggs separated
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 teacups of strong warm coffee
Bitter cocoa powder

Method:

1. Beat egg yolks while gradually adding sugar until it appears pale in color. Add mascarpone/cream cheese and fold in gently until smooth.

2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with a wire whisk or electric beater until very stiff and gently fold into cream mixture.

3. Dip finger biscuits quickly into the coffee one at a time and arrange them in a rectangular serving dish.

4. Cover with cream; use all ingredients to create layers.

5. Dust with cocoa powder

6. Refrigerate for at least an hour
